Job Overview
The EAMS Technician will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Maximo EAMS system, facilitating improvements and providing support to users within the Asset Management framework of the Public Works Authority in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Asset Management to enhance Maximo EAMS functionality.
- Resolve queries raised by ROMD staff concerning Maximo EAMS.
- Provide technical support and training on Maximo EAMS to staff.
- Prepare and upload data into EAMS using standard templates.
- Monitor EAMS data quality and conduct user training.
- Coordinate with Ashghal ISD for software and system improvements.
- Support Maximo system maintenance and communicate with staff.
- Participate in system improvement meetings as ROMD Maximo representative.
- Engage with IBM Maximo user groups for system updates.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in EAMS or Asset Management.
- Experience with drainage assets.
- Knowledge of asset management standards such as PAS 55 and ISO 55000.
- Strong understanding of Maximo system operations.

- Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Accreditation from EAMS, GIS, or Maximo Institutes
